Community Administration

Manage your community, taking responsibility for the proper administration of resources using all necessary technical and administrative tools:

• Management of the community finances
• Management of fees collection
• Payment of invoices from suppliers
• Sending account statements for each owner along with every receipt
• Preparation of monitoring reports against the annual budget expenditures on a regular basis
• Preparation of list of defaulters. Claim out-of-court fees
• Preparation of annual budget for the coming year

Organisation of Functions

• Preparing and sending ‘call for assistance’ and board meetings if necessary
• Issue and Delivery of Minutes of meetings and notice to co-owners
• Overseeing the implementation of the agreements adopted at the board
• Regular visits to the community to verify the correct functioning of all services and facilities
• Monitoring compliance with the tasks assigned to the staff of the community, providing timely information to the board on the execution of work
• Safe recruitment and management of the community, and their consideration in case of disaster
• Custody documentation for the community

• Callout to the community to review and maintain doors, lights and pumps at no cost to the community.(1hr/month, all other callouts billed separately)
• Supervision of current maintenance contracts and monitoring implementation of approved budgets
